Latte Art Bushey was founded in early 2021 by David Hughes.

David began his culinary career working at Hartsbourne Country Club in Bushey, followed by Scotts in Mayfair and The Ivy while studying for a Professional Chef Diploma at Westminster Kingsway College.

David graduated from London South Bank University in 2019 with a BSc Food Science degree, achieving first class honours.

David's background lies mainly in food development, and over the past few years has worked with many big name brands such as Pizza Express, Wagamama and Bryon.
